Process Serving Referral

Agents will make up to two attendances at address provided in order to attempt personal service of documents on subject. If two addresses are provided (e.g. residential and work or parental) one visit will made to each address provided they are within 12 miles of each other.

Trace and Process Serving Referral

Agent conducts in-house enquiries to establish contact details for subject. If positive, agent will automatically attend up to 2 address(es) identified as the most current to attempt personal service. This is 2 services and will incur 2 fees if both carried out.

Agent conducts in-house enquiries only to establish contact details for subject. Agent does not leave their premises to attend any addresses/premises. To be considered prior to a “Process Serving Referral” if whereabouts are unknown. More cost effective to conduct a trace first, than request numerous address attempts.
